We were in Puerto Rico for spring break and had a chance to take my 13 yr old son out. Capt Luis and Raffi were great to both of us we had some rough seas so we stayed kind of close in but brought 2 fish on board. Raffi worked non stop working the lines and my son hung out with the captain. When we docked Capt Luis showed my son the thrill of hand fishing for tarpon right off the dock. Very exciting. Thanks guys and we will definitely book again w you.

Luis was incredible. Our family booked him for a whole day. Part fishing, part snorkeling. He was informative, helpful, joked around with my daughter's and overall an excellent captain. We caught three main Mahdi and had a great time. If you're ever in PR and looking for a charter look no further.....oh and he's an Ohio State fan!

This was my first experience deep sea fishing in Puerto Rico. Couldn't have had a better experience! Captain Louis and his first mate Raphael were awesome. Navigation by Captain Louis was great. Birds seemed to lead us to the school of black fin tuna. Rafi ran his tail off working the lines and baiting. Black fin tuna abound. Prepared four hours later, for some of the freshest tuna I have ever tasted. What a great day. I highly recommend chartering with them. Thanks again for a truly memorable experience!

Fished with Captain Louis and first mate Rafi on Sept 27, first and foremost our anglers were given a Briefing on safety. The Captain and first mate catered to us all day. Fishing started off slow we then got into black fin tuna boating 5 of 12 fish, our day was awesome, I highly recommend Bill Wraps charter, they are true professionals.

Fished with Capt. Luis and Capt. Rick on 8/6/2013. Had a blast and learned alot! Didn't catch any fish but we didn't care! Had plenty of cold beer and great tunes! Thanks again guys!

I just wanted to drop a note of appreciation to Capt. Hernandez on the great time we had fishing. We had 6 persons ranging from 14 to 88 onboard and all landed fish. Didn't get the big blue, but the 40lbs yellow fin fed us the rest of our time in PR! Also I HIGHLY recommend his crew hand, Ralphie, he was awesome!! Took care of us down to cleaning the fish!!! Great young man. Tight Lines Capt. Luis!!!!

it really was a great time, started slow and finished strong. Captain Church got us to the fish and Rafi was great when we had fish on the line. this will be a part of every trip to PR for me from now on.
